Registration Page

Amy wanted to reach women who were ready to heal, grow, and feel more confident in their daily lives. The goal was to create a registration page that felt warm, trustworthy, and encouraging while also inspiring visitors to join her new group coaching program, Healing the Inner Child.

Healing the Inner Child

This project reminded me how design can do more than inform. It can help people feel seen, comforted, and motivated to take action for themselves. To me, projects like this are about connection and making something meaningful that sparks real change.

Outcome

I designed and built the entire page, produced the videos, and delivered everything in only two weeks. The process was smooth and focused. I worked closely with Amy to plan ahead and keep revisions simple so we could move quickly without losing quality. The end result was a page that spoke directly to the audience’s heart and clearly reflected Amy’s voice.

  • Designed a unique logo and color scheme to differentiate Waking Up Wise from BJD Leadership’s main brand.

Virtual Leadership Program

Owning the Peace

  • 35 attendees actively participated in Zoom sessions and workbook exercises.
  • Participants and the client praised the program’s organization and interactive elements.
  • Opened doors for future workshops and increased BJD Leadership’s visibility with potential sponsors.

  • Used Adobe Acrobat to design a fillable PDF workbook, paired with Canva for graphics and imagery.
  • Followed a detailed script to manage Zoom sessions, ensuring timely transitions and participant interaction.

  • Used brainstorming sessions, Slack, and Trello to organize ideas and track progress. Leveraged AI tools like ChatGPT for inspiration.
  • Created videos in Canva and Adobe Express, adapting formats for LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Took LinkedIn courses and workshops to learn best practices for writing captions and CTAs that resonated with the audience.

  • Producing fresh, engaging content for over a year while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Tailoring videos for LinkedIn and YouTube, including resizing from 1920x1080 to 1080x1350 to meet mobile-first preferences.
  • Expanding on simple affirmations with supporting language and calls-to-action that drove interaction.

  • All 9 slots for the group coaching program were filled, demonstrating the effectiveness of the registration page and video.
  • Increased visibility and revenue for Amy’s coaching program.
  • Strengthened my working relationship with Amy, opening the door for future collaborations.

  • Combining multiple elements (royalty-free music, stock footage, B-roll, client testimonials, and personal photos) into a cohesive, engaging narrative.
  • Limited control over motion graphics fonts and effects in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Adhering to strict brand guidelines (colors, fonts, and imagery). Ensuring client testimonials looked consistent despite varying photo quality, aspect ratios, and lengths.
